the wonders of airplanes

We took the quick easy way to Thailand from Laos...no two day boat trip, no death defying bus ride during rainy season.. It didn't save us money, but the one hour flight sure did save us time. The Lao Airline plane was tiny and there were very few passengers...however; from the video camera, the view looked as if we weren't even in the air...check it out.

We are now safe in Chiang Mai with so much to do awaiting us.
